I am a software engineer based in San Jose, with a strong interest in digital signal processing, embedded systems and device driver development. I have extensive experience developing and debugging high-performance device drivers for Windows, Linux, and Mac OSX. I am also highly interested in electronic design and manufacture, CAD modelling (primarily with Dassault Systems Solidworks), and fabrication with 3D printers, lasercutters, CNC machining, plastic molding, sheet metal design, and TiG welding. I am an amateur radio enthusiast and a strong advocate of mental health awareness.

I have a life-long passion for computers and electronics, working with friends to develop an operating system in middle school. My first paying job was the design and maintenance of the website for a local coffee roasting company, and I have since worked at AllTronics, Lockheed Martin, The Economics Department at UCSC, Paradise Recording and Universal Audio.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from UCSC, and I have decades of experience developing device drivers and embedded systems. I also maintain a strong interest in DSP for musical synthesis and practical engineering applications, acoustics, photography, computer graphics, and virtual reality.
